Why this exists

I've been on the internet since the early 90s. It taught me most of what I know, connected me to people I'd never have met, and made my living possible.

Somewhere along the way it turned into something else. Feeds built to keep you scrolling. Likes that turn friendship into scorekeeping. Outrage everywhere, because it holds attention better than joy.

I can't fix that. But I can make small things that point the other way, and give them away.

onedone is the first. The promises, for it and everything that follows:

More learning, more feeling good, more acting in the real world. Less of everything else.

The internet gave me my life. This is me paying a little back.
